$2 Million Allocated for Top Projects
Meta has allocated a total of $2 million for the Llama Impact Grants program, with individual projects eligible for up to $500,000 based on evaluations by judges. The company also plans to organize a series of global events to offer technical assistance and mentoring to potential applicants.
Localized Themes and Specialized Awards
The events planned by Meta will focus on themes identified by local stakeholders, ranging from agriculture and health tech to cultural preservation. Attendees at these events will have the opportunity to receive specialized awards of up to $100,000, in addition to being considered for the primary Llama Impact Grants.
